Good hotel in a fantastic location
Stayed here for 6 nights during late March 2024. This is a modern hotel in a fantastic location. A few steps from the flower market and Munt Tower. A short walk away from Rembrandtplein, wherefrom one can catch Tram 4 and 14 to go to the Central Station and various tourist attractions. Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance and there is a convenience store which stays open late just across the road. Please note that the road in front has tram lines but as of now no trams are running on this route. Like the rest of the hotel our room was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Room size was decent and bathroom quite large with a specious shower cubicle. Bed was super comfortable. Room came with coffee arrangements, safe and TV. Upon request, the staff provided tea facility also. Bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Tea, coffee, toiletries all got replenished regularly. Wi-fi worked perfectly and although the hotel has only one elevator, we didn't have to wait for too long. Breakfast gets served at the attached Senses restaurant and was quite good with a lot of choices. Unfortunately I found the layout bit confusing and didn't appreciate the way fried eggs were kept over one another. The mostly young staffs were all very polite and helpful. They tried their best to make our stay comfortable. Although some renovation work was still ongoing during our stay, we didn't face any difficulties. We did face one difficulty during our stay, no place to keep body wash or shampoo bottles inside the shower cubicle. The reception staff told us after a few reminders that they have ran out of the tray which is supposed to be fixed there. Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay and do recommend this hotel.

For a city centre hotel this hotel is fantastic. Central location to all the museums and squares etc. Young friendly staff that came across very professional. You can see the hotel is currently in change and upgraded their internal

Perfect in every way!
A friend of ours recommended the Albus for our first time in Amsterdam. We are extremely pleased with our stay. Room was clean, staff are helpful and friendly. We weren’t sure what to expect, but as sooon as we walked in we knew we were going to like it. We will stay here again.

Hello Albus Family December 10, 2023 was my first visit to Amsterdam and I stayed at the The Albus Hotel, I stayed in your hotel and apartments for about 3 months and I would like to thank the beautiful ,sincere and excellent Hotel Owner Mrs. Patty, her family and all her personal , who helped me in everything that made me feel like I was at home. I would like to thank Jeff, Nina, Raymond, Danik, Sanah and other friends whose names I cannot remember, they all have a special place in my heart, their sincere interest in customers, their ability to find solutions to everything immediately, their friendship, their interest, their meticulousness and their help in every way. Their support is incredible, this cannot be explained, it must be experienced. Everything is very nice, very clean, carefully furnished and designed, every room is perfect, aparts are beautyful the beds are very comfortable and cozy, in one word, it is a perfect hotel. I have never seen such attention, such sincerity and sincere hotel and management. Thank you very much. I wish you continued success. A great hotel for a business trip
Location - excellent with easy access via tram or Metro to Central Station plus direct tram access to Rai exhibition centre Welcome - easy online check in prior to arrival plus a welcome drink Reception/bar - small but effective (daytime contractors carrying out refurbishments were quiet and considerate) Dining room - comfortable with an adequate selection of food Room - clean, with air conditioning and a good sized walk in shower I will be staying again

Albus is very convenient
This was our post cruise extention for 2 nights. It is a great location within walking distance to Flower Market and Museums. They have a nice morning breakfast and an awarded restaurant on site. We were not able to dine there but there are other restaurants and bars very close by. They were working on their bar and business area so that will be a very nice addition. Staff is amazing! Very informative and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. Elevator is a bit slow but it beats the stairs! I will be recommending the Albus to my clients for their future travel!

Amazing Hotel and Staff
I booked this trip as a surprise 50th for my husband. Nervous regarding never using this hotel before, so not knowing the general location and then getting notified of building works, I was a bit worried...... lots of communication with the hotel before we arrived completely put my mind at ease. When we arrived we were greeted by two lovely staff members who told us to take a seat in a lovely little lounge area whilst they checked us in. We were given a glass of something sparkly and immediately were made to feel so special as if there wasn't anyone else staying there. We were then informed that our room was upgraded to one with a balcony!!!! The room was amazing, very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. Every member of staff we saw and spoke to were certainly an asset to this hotel, each time we left the hotel and returned we were welcomed back, which was lovely. Unfortunately it came to checkout day and we had to leave but I promise you once you stay here you will be planning your return trip as we are already. Thank you The Albus Hotel, for making our weekend that much more special ❤️

Great hotel in great location
We had a great stay. Wish we had managed to book a slightly larger room as the double rooms are very small but we did leave it a bit late. Room was very comfort however and had everything you could need apart from usb socket - so remember to take your own. Location is approx 15-20 mins walk from Central station but trams very close by and Amsterdam is very easy to get around. Staff were very friendly too.

Great stay!
Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staff and great amenities. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend. The coffee machine in the lobby is very useful and my room had ample space for a family of four.
