Raymond was my savior!
When I found out I tested positive for Covid and had to check out, Raymond and staff able to extend my stay an additional 2 weeks. He was super accomodating and made sure all my needs were taken care of. He even brought up a small refrigerator as my room originally didn't have one. He made sure everything was taken care of. I was so touched by his kindness I gave him a 100 ear tip as he more than deserved it. The rest of the staff were very good as well. My stay was pleasant and comfortable. Just to reiterate, there should be more people like Raymond in this world. Thanks.

We had the best stay we could wish for. Great quiet rooms, delicious breakfast and a men's outing to remember! We will be back with the wifes! friendly staff and amazing location! see you soon again in AMSTERDAM!

Stay and dine in style
Great stay and outstanding diner experience. Me and my wife had diner at Senses which was fantastic and afterwards we stayed in a great room. Bed is simply impeccable and breakfast in the morning was superb as well. Stay is also very welcoming.

Fantastic hotel
We had the pleasure of staying in The Albus recently. We took an absolute chance with this and it really paid off. Great hotel, location was perfect and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in our next trip. Well done to all at The Albus!

Perfect 3 nights
We spent 3 nights in the Albus hotel in the heart of Amsterdam and it was awesome. Our room was great, with a perfect bed (we slept so well we would love to know the brand of the mattress!) and we had an awesome stay. The breakfast, served in the restaurant The Senses, is yummy as well. You have starters and then you can chose between 4 meals (waffle, pancakes, croque-madame and I forgot the last one...). Really, we had a nice stay in Amsterdam mostly because we could visit the city by feet.

the Albus I only discovered recently but every stay since has been excellent. the location is perfect, in the middle of the centre with tram stop 24 literally in front of the door. the staff is very helpful and genuinely friendly without the usual hotel cliché attitude. rooms are comfortable and I especially like their studios. still need to try the restaurant but breakfast is good as is the bar.

Lovely stay at the Albus hotel
In the centre of Amsterdam (near Rembrandtplein) we stayed at the Albus hotel. A lovely chique design hotel. Large beautiful suite with airconditioning, good breakfast and friendly helpfull staff! And their restaurant Senses is a high level restaurant. Truly enjoyed our stay!!

Great hotel in Amsterdam
The Albus is the perfect hotel for us. Great location at the heart of Amsterdam, with easy access to every iconic and cultural treasure of the beautiful and historic city. The price is very reasonable, especially with the courteous, helpful and responsive staff who finds solution to your every need. The place itself (we stayed in two of their studios for a year during the pandemic!) is very convenient with all the amenities you need. Immaculately clean and spacious. Great place to just relax after a day of exploring Amsterdam and/or after a day's work. The covid-related sanitation was also excellent.

Perfect place to enjoy Amsterdam
Perfect place to enjoy Amsterdam. Great hotel, well designed, comfortable beds, good hospitality. The hotel is well located in the middle of the city center. We could book in-room take away dining which is during covid times a welcome pleasure. I look forward to our next visite.

Lovely place in city centre Amsterdam
Great hotel, friendly staff, beautiful room and great restaurant with in-room dining option from restaurant Sense. And ....with nice little details during check-in, in the room and during breakfast that made the difference. Truly enjoyed it!
