Senses Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant in the city center of Amsterdam, with an open kitchen where 'food art' that ignites the senses is created. Chef Renaud Goigoux and Sous Chef João Marques each have their own specialties and complement each other very well. Cooking is a process in which the dishes are continuously improved in terms of taste and structure. Dishes, therefore, remain on the menu a little longer because they are being further perfected.

RESTAURANT MANAGER'S MAIN JOB

As a Restaurant Manager, you ensure that your team enjoys achieving a top performance every day. You provide our guests with a night out and try to exceed expectations every time. You show your passion and creativity in the service with the entire Senses team. You work organized and have an eye for detail. During the daily work you also apply the HACCP rules.

WHAT WE NEED FROM A RESTAURANT MANAGER

• At least 2 years of experience as a (assistent) manager in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Speaks and writes fluently Dutch or English
• Living in the Amsterdam region.
• Wine knowledge and passion for gastronomy.
• An enterprising and commercial attitude.
